Classes & Services
NOMAD EAST FITNESS offers a variety of group classes including HIIT, Strength and Core. In addition to classes, NOMAD also specializes in 1-on-1 training and semi-private training. Our NOMAD coaches believe in living a healthy lifestyle both in and outside of the studio. For supplementary guidance, NOMAD offers individualized mobility sessions, health coaching and diet analysis by appointment. See below for more details or contact us with any questions.

This circuit formatted class is a full body program that incorporates cardio, strength training, core work and flexibility. It challenges your entire body with high intensity, short duration exercises.
Bodyweight exercise and weight training will be combined to target all muscle groups to improve overall strength, balance and flexibility. Free weights, kettle bells and resistance bands will be incorporated to add intensity for a full body strength workout.
A strong core is the foundation of all movement. Our CORE class will focus on lengthening and strengthening your muscles through fluid movements and breath-work. Transform your body from the inside out, dramatically strengthen and tone your core while visibly leaning out and toning your arms and legs.
Work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer to design a fitness program tailored to your individual needs and goals. Build your foundation with personalized training sessions and individualized attention; this is the perfect setting to reach specific goals and get modifications for injuries or health conditions.
Work 1-on-1 with one of our certified trainers to take you through a 30-minute mobility and stretching session. It’s just as important to the body to maintain supple joints and muscles to properly perform movements in the gym and every day life.
Semi-Private PERSONAL TRAINING
The benefits of a private training session combined with the outside motivation of your peers without being in a full class setting. Maxing out at 5 participants, this is the perfect option for groups of friends looking to workout together and still get individualized attention.
A health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness advisor who works to help their clients with food and lifestyle changes. Programs are individualized to meet each clients specific wellness needs; touching on relationships, exercise, career and spirituality as well as the food you eat for a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.
at home training
Everything that a private training session has to offer, but in the privacy of your own home. With the option to use your own equipment or equipment provided by the studio.
A Dietitian will perform a health assessment followed by a
3-day diet analysis. This will break down the average consumed macro and micro nutrients in an individuals diet for an overall picture of nutritional health. After a Diet Analysis is performed, our Dietitian will work with you on setting baseline dietary intake to achieve your desired goals.
