NOMAD EAST FITNESS offers a variety of group classes including HIIT, Strength and Core. In addition to classes, NOMAD also specializes in 1-on-1 training and semi-private training. Our NOMAD coaches believe in living a healthy lifestyle both in and outside of the studio. For supplementary guidance, NOMAD offers individualized mobility sessions, health coaching and diet analysis by appointment. See below for more details or contact us with any questions. 



This circuit formatted class is a full body program that incorporates cardio, strength training, core work and flexibility.  It challenges your entire body with high intensity, short duration exercises.

Bodyweight exercise and weight training will be combined to target all muscle groups to improve overall strength, balance and flexibility.  Free weights, kettle bells and resistance bands will be incorporated to add intensity for a full body strength workout.

A strong core is the foundation of all movement.  Our CORE class will focus on lengthening and strengthening your muscles through fluid movements and breath-work. Transform your body from the inside out, dramatically strengthen and tone your core while visibly leaning out and toning your arms and legs.

1-on-1 training

Work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer to design a fitness program tailored to your individual needs and goals.  Build your foundation with personalized training sessions and individualized attention; this is the perfect setting to reach specific goals and get modifications for injuries or health conditions.




The benefits of a private training session combined with the outside motivation of your peers without being in a full class setting. Maxing out at 5 participants, this is the perfect option for groups of friends looking to workout together and still get individualized attention.


health coaching

A health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness advisor who works to help their clients with food and lifestyle changes.  Programs are individualized to meet each clients specific wellness needs; touching on relationships, exercise, career and spirituality as well as the food you eat for a holistic approach to supporting the whole person. 

at home training

Everything that a private training session has to offer, but in the privacy of your own home.  With the option to use your own equipment or equipment provided by the studio.

  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started you may be denied admission.

  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

  • NOMAD EAST FITNESS accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Cash.  We do not accept personal checks.

  • NOMAD EAST FITNESS is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees.

  • All classes must be prepaid.

  • All sales are final.  Classes are non-refundabe, exchangeable or transferable however they may be shared with family and friends.


  • No Problem!  We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  You can cancel your class up to 24 hours beforehand and it will be credited back to your account for future use.

  • Classes cannot be switched within the 24 hour window, however if you show up for the class and there is a spot available it's yours!

  • All sales are final.  Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.  Classes and packages may be shared with family and friends.  Email to enable sharing.

Albee Rogers, Founder

Hamptons-based healthy-activist, Albee is a personal trainer and dietitian that focuses on creating a solid foundation of fitness, nutrition and knowledge for her clients. She believes in encouraging others to live a healthy lifestyle and invest in themselves for the long-term benefits as well as short-term goals.Graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rutgers University, Albee has been in the wellness industry for 10+ years.  She is NASM certified, has a strong background in rowing, has trained in barre and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Her passion and commitment to fitness in combination with her high energy motivates, challenges and inspires her clients, empowering them to be better than they were before.

When not training you will find Albee on the beach with her dog, Bubba or chasing after her son, Connor.

Sami Duchemin, Trainer

Sami is an East End local who has been physically active for as long as she can remember. She has a strong background in sports, holding a 2013 Class C Field Hockey State Champion & a 3x Class C Qualifying State Softball Pitcher. Sami has recently found her passion for helping others to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle, after a lifestyle change herself. Her passion and commitment to fitness does nothing less than motivate & inspire others to challenge themselves to new levels. Sami is AMFPT certified, as well as a Certified Functional Strength Coach. Her most recent success is quitting her 9-5 office job and becoming a full time personal trainer & group fitness instructor.

Courtney Wach, Trainer

Courtney is new to the Hamptons and ready to bring her passion for fitness to the East End. Courtney is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, boxing instructor and currently working on additional certifications. Courtney had her first amateur kickboxing fight in 2013 and is looking to train for a second fight in the upcoming future. She wants to bring the fire, commitment and knowledge to all her workouts to Nomad East Fitness.

Brittany Rocco, Trainer

Brittany has received a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, from Manhattan College.  Brittany has been teaching dance since 2010, and in her 9 years became an award winning Choreographer. Brittany has been a cheerleading coach for the past 6 years, and has fallen in love with the sport! She’s looking forward to sharing her love of fitness education, and the science of how to enhance the body’s performance with all of the people she has the pleasure of working with as a trainer at Nomad Fitness!




First timers must be checked in and in class by the start time or they will not be allowed in. We teach warm-up and proper form in the first 5 minutes, and it’s critical that first-time clients receive this instruction before taking class.


Running late but on your way? Give us a call at (631) 681-3270 or (732) 598-0058 and we’ll hold your spot for 5 minutes after class start time! If you do not call or check in by class start time your spot will be given away to someone on the waitlist. No one will be admitted into class more than 5 minutes after class start.


If a class is fully booked, you can opt to be placed on the waitlist, and we will notify you via email if a spot opens up. If you don’t get a notification in advance, but you’re in the neighborhood, we encourage you to drop i the studio to see there are any last-minute cancellations or no-shows.


Class reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled class. Each class not cancelled within the 24 hour deadline will result in a loss of one class from the purchased series. Monthly members may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of class, but will be assessed at $20 late cancellation fee for cancellations made ith ess than 24 hours notice.


All class pack, personal training sessions and membership purchases are final. No refunds, no exceptions. Single and Intro Class Passes expire 1 month from date of purchase. 3 and 5-Class Packs expire 6 months from date of purchase. 10-Class Packs and 20-Class Packs expire 12 months from date of purchase. The Monthly Membership is in effect for 30 days starting on the contract start date and automatically renews unless cancelled at least 30 days in advance of the next billing date. Personal Training sessions expire 90-days from date of purchase.
