FIRST TIME CLIENTS
First timers must be checked in and in class by the start time or they will not be allowed in. We teach warm-up and proper form in the first 5 minutes, and it’s critical that first-time clients receive this instruction before taking class.
RUNNING LATE
Running late but on your way? Give us a call at (631) 255-5442 or (732) 598-0058 and we’ll hold your spot for 5 minutes after class start time! If you do not call or check in by class start time your spot will be given away to someone on the waitlist. No one will be admitted into class more than 5 minutes after class start.
WAITLIST
If a class is fully booked, you can opt to be placed on the waitlist, and we will notify you via email if a spot opens up. If you don’t get a notification in advance, but you’re in the neighborhood, we encourage you to drop in the studio to see there are any last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
EARLY/LATE CANCELLATION
Class reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled class. Each class not cancelled within the 24 hour deadline will result in a loss of one class from the purchased series. Monthly members may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of class, but will be assessed at $35 late cancellation fee for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
REFUNDS & EXPIRATIONS
All packs, personal training sessions and membership purchases are final. No refunds, no exceptions. Single and Intro Session Passes expire 1 month from date of purchase. 10-Class Packs and 20-Class Packs expire 12 months from date of purchase. The Monthly Membership is in effect for 28 days starting on the contract start date and automatically renews unless cancelled at least 14 days in advance of the next billing date. Personal Training sessions expire 90-days from date of purchase.

Instructors and sessions are subject to change without notice. Please check our schedule online or via Thryv app for the latest scheduling.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after a session has started you may be denied admission.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after a session has started your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
NOMAD EAST FITNESS accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Cash. We do not accept personal checks.
NOMAD EAST FITNESS is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees.
All classes must be prepaid.
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable however they may be shared with family and friends.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?
No Problem! We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel your class up to 24 hours beforehand and it will be credited back to your account for future use.
Classes cannot be switched within the 24 hour window, however if you show up for the class and there is a spot available it's yours!
All sales are final. Sessions are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable. Classes and packages may be shared with family and friends. Email info@nomadeastfitness.com to enable sharing.
If you need to cancel a class, log into your account on our website or on the Thryv app, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click cancel next to my class time. If you have trouble cancelling or have any questions, email info@nomadeastfitness.com.
